Sweepinly is an independent cleaning service based in Melbourne, servicing inner Melbourne homes and short-stay properties.
It started from two problems that kept coming up. Cleaners who cancel the night before, turn up late, or send someone different every visit. And short-stay properties handed back at a standard no hotel would accept, with mismatched linen and amenities left wherever the last person put them. So Sweepinly runs differently. Every job follows the same written checklist, whether it's the first clean or the fiftieth. You get a confirmed arrival window and a message when we're on the way. Every turnover is photographed before we leave, so you can check the finish without driving over. You deal with the person doing the clean, not a call center or a rotating roster. That's the whole point.
One note on the wording. Once the name is gone, "we" becomes the natural voice, but be careful it doesn't drift into implying a team you don't have, since the last line is specifically promising the opposite. What I've written keeps "we" purely as the business voice while that closing sentence makes the one-operator reality explicit, which is a selling point rather than something to hide.
1/6
Every turnover follows the same checklist. The price changes with the size of the property, not the standard of the clean.
The lowest per-visit rate, because a home cleaned every week never gets far from where we left it. Full checklist across kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. Same cleaner, same day each week.
From $135 per visit.
The most common choice. The full checklist every second week, with a little more time allowed for the build-up between visits. Same cleaner, same slot, confirmed arrival window each time.
From $150 per visit.
A thorough reset once a month for homes that stay tidy between visits. Everything in the checklist, with extra time for bathrooms and floors since there's more to work through.
From $175 per visit.
For a spring clean, an end of lease, or before we start a regular booking. Quoted after a quick walkthrough or a few photos, because condition matters more than size on a first visit.
From $220 per job
All prices in AUD, no GST applied. Inner Melbourne service area. Final price confirmed before we start.
